However, if you do not have drawings yet, we can work from your requirements — such as the number of people to accommodate, intended use, site dimensions, and budget — to propose an appropriate layout. Shipping method depends on the product type. Container houses are shipped as fully assembled units inside standard 20ft or 40ft shipping containers. Prefab panel houses and modular buildings are typically shipped in knocked-down (CKD) or flat-pack format to maximize container efficiency — often 4-8 units per 40ft container. Steel structure buildings are shipped as prefabricated structural components. We handle all shipping coordination from our facility in Foshan, China to your designated port.

Standard payment terms for overseas projects are 30% deposit to confirm order, 70% balance payment before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer as the primary payment method. For larger projects, we can discuss payment milestone structures that align with production and shipping milestones. We do not accept credit card payments for large orders. All payment terms are confirmed in the formal Sales Contract before production begins.

For projects with our technical supervision service, our engineers are available for remote consultation during and after installation. We work with experienced freight forwarders who handle export documentation from China. For your import, you will need a reliable customs broker in the destination country to handle import clearance, duties, and any local certifications. We provide detailed packing lists, commercial invoices, and Bill of Lading documents. If your country has specific import requirements for prefabricated buildings, please inform us during quotation so we can prepare accordingly and confirm that our products can meet those requirements.

Yes, we welcome factory visits by serious prospective clients. Our manufacturing facility is located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China. We can arrange factory tours to show our production processes, quality control procedures, and completed product displays. We can also arrange visits to completed project sites in China if appropriate projects are available. Please contact us to schedule a visit at least 2 weeks in advance.
